An advance reservation is useful for an early flight or an event with a fixed start time. Entering a date in a form does not itself allocate a vehicle. KTAXI sends the reservation request through WhatsApp, where availability is confirmed.
Write the complete date
It is easy to confuse days around midnight. Use both the date and the exact time in your message. The website asks for a future pickup time and uses local Turkish time for Antalya. If you are in another country, make sure your selection reflects Antalya time rather than your device’s current time zone.
List your priorities
Mention any preferred model, child seat, extra luggage or specific entrance in the same message. Is your priority a particular vehicle or leaving at a precise time? That distinction helps when considering alternatives if availability is limited.
Keep the confirmation
Gather the agreed details in one message: pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, vehicle and final fare. Request a new confirmation if anything changes. Ask about cancellation and time-change conditions before the reservation is established.
Premium vehicles may also be requested in advance for shorter routes. The same-rate offer is considered for journeys of 50 km or more; each reservation still has its own agreed price and availability.
