Data that may be processed
Pickup and destination addresses, optional device location, passenger count and reservation time are used to plan a route. If you choose WhatsApp, the generated message includes the addresses and estimated fare. Your phone number and messages shared there become part of that conversation. The website does not save the fare form in its own booking database.
Administration uses session and security records. Hosting access logs may contain an IP address, requested page and time. Google tags load when the page opens. Analytics and ad conversion cookies require separate consent; Google may receive cookieless measurement signals without permission.
Purposes, legal grounds and recipients
Information needed to assess a request and plan a journey may fall under conditions relating to entering into or performing a contract. Grounds for security, legal obligations and optional analytics must be assessed against actual operations. This draft does not declare that every processing activity is automatically lawful.
Using maps may send addresses or coordinates to Photon and OSRM, or Google Maps, depending on configuration. Map requests may reach OpenStreetMap infrastructure. WhatsApp links lead to Meta’s service. Google tags may send consent status and cookieless measurement signals to Google; permission also enables the relevant analytics or ad conversion cookies. The operator must complete the current KVKK requirements for providers and any international transfers.
Retention and rights
The fare form does not create a permanent booking record. Cookie preferences last 180 days, the language preference one year, and theme selection remains on your device until cleared. Retention of hosting logs, WhatsApp conversations, legal records and backups must be defined by the operator’s actual policy.

Video and home-screen installation
The promotional film loads through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player when you press Play. This connects to Google/YouTube servers and may transmit connection and device information. The player does not load on initial page view. Home-screen installation uses your browser’s installation feature. Only a static offline notice is cached on your device; admin pages, addresses and fare quotes are not stored in this cache.
