Request and confirmation
Using the calculator or opening WhatsApp does not automatically create a reservation. The scope is established when pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, vehicle and final amount are mutually confirmed. A particular model remains subject to availability.
Price and extras
The calculator estimates a fare from road distance and the published rates. The applicable kilometre tier covers the whole distance. Any extra stops, waiting, parking, tolls or special requirements and their effect on the total must be disclosed in advance. A premium request for 50+ km may use the same rate, but allocation of a model is not guaranteed.
Payment
Cash, bank transfer and card payment through an online link are discussed at booking. The fare and card commission are disclosed before payment. The website does not collect card details or charge automatically. Confirm the payment provider and any applicable refund method.
Changes, cancellation and performance
Cancellation deadlines, any cancellation charges, refund methods and waiting conditions must be clearly disclosed before the journey is confirmed. This draft invents neither a cancellation fee nor a general waiver of rights. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Send time or route changes to the contact line and obtain a new confirmation. The passenger provides accurate addresses and necessary travel information. The operator remains responsible for permissions and obligations relating to its activity. Mandatory consumer complaint rights are not restricted.
