Practical transfer planning for flight times, terminals, luggage and meeting points.
Choosing “airport” as your pickup point is not always enough for an Antalya Airport transfer. The terminal, exit and vehicle-accessible meeting point should be clear. Include your flight details and the full name of your destination hotel when requesting a ride.
Landing time is not pickup time
Your aircraft’s arrival does not mean you are ready outside the terminal. Leave room for passport control, baggage collection and walking. Instead of assuming a fixed delay, agree to make contact after collecting your bags. Sharing the flight number helps communicate delays; do not assume automatic flight tracking is included.
Agree on a meeting point
State whether you are arriving on a domestic or international flight. Check the map pin and agree on somewhere the vehicle can reach. Follow current airport instructions because stopping and parking conditions can change. Ask about waiting or parking charges before confirming your reservation.
Count luggage separately
Four passengers and four large suitcases do not fit equally well in every vehicle. Give both the passenger and bag counts, and mention any child-seat request. Include the district and full address to avoid confusing hotels with similar names.
Review the road route in the calculator, send the estimated fare with your WhatsApp request and confirm the final price. Arrange the return journey separately with its own pickup address and time. Booking an arrival transfer does not automatically reserve the return trip.
