For a family journey, “there are four of us” may not be enough to choose a suitable vehicle. Large suitcases, a pushchair and other equipment change the space required. Sharing these details in your KTAXI request helps avoid last-minute changes.
Count items separately
List large suitcases, cabin bags and a folding pushchair separately. If you share a photo, focus on the items and avoid showing documents or personal details on luggage tags. Do not automatically assume a particular SUV can carry everything.
Confirm a child seat
Mention any need for an appropriate child seat before booking. Confirm whether suitable equipment is available and how it will be provided. Selecting the passenger count on the website does not reserve a child seat. If a suitable arrangement is unavailable, agree on another solution.
Leave extra preparation time
Allow time to load luggage and get everyone ready. Include this in your plan when travelling to an airport or appointment. Mention breaks and additional stops from the outset.
